What To Expect In Supervision

My Approach to Supervision

I provide supervision from a values-based approach and a contextual-behavioural framework. I intend to create a safe and welcoming space for my supervisees, understand your values and what matters to you, and work in a reflective and experiential manner. I enjoy sharing knowledge and skills I have learned to support and develop others in their professional practice and self-care.

Like a lot of individuals, I notice my mind telling me stories about not knowing enough, not doing enough and might have urges to fix and solve problems straightaway. I will make room for them in order to engage and offer supervision in a collaborative manner.
