Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and responsible people who are finding that anxiety, stress, self-doubt, or overwhelm are starting to impact their quality of life.
You may find yourself overthinking, worrying about worst-case scenarios, feeling emotionally exhausted, struggling with confidence, experiencing panic attacks, or feeling disconnected from the people and things that matter to you.
Sometimes these difficulties have been present for years. Other times they appear during periods of change, increased pressure, or challenging life circumstances.
I provide support for a range of concerns including anxiety, overthinking, stress and burnout, confidence and self-worth, panic attacks, OCD, and loneliness.
While each person's experience is different, my approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and focuses on helping you develop a different relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings, so they no longer get in the way of living a life that matters to you.
