Who I Support

I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, and the pressure they place on themselves.

You might look like you're coping well from the outside. You may be doing well at work, university, school, or in other areas of your life. People might describe you as capable, responsible, intelligent, or successful.

Yet internally, things may feel very different.

You might spend a lot of time worrying, overthinking decisions, replaying conversations, or questioning whether you've done enough. You may hold yourself to very high standards and find yourself constantly striving for more, even when you are already achieving a great deal.

Perhaps you struggle with perfectionism, procrastination, imposter syndrome, or the feeling that everyone else seems to have things figured out while you're falling behind. You may find yourself comparing yourself to others, doubting your abilities, or feeling like you need to work harder than everyone around you just to keep up.

Over time, this can become exhausting.

You might notice anxiety starting to affect your confidence, sleep, concentration, work, study, relationships, or ability to enjoy life. You may find yourself feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the things that are important to you.

You may also find yourself longing for deeper connection. Perhaps you want meaningful friendships, relationships, or a stronger sense of belonging, but anxiety, self-doubt, past experiences, or life circumstances seem to get in the way.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, reflective individuals who genuinely want things to be different. They are often open to growth and self-understanding, but feel tired of getting caught in the same patterns and unsure how to move forward.

Alongside anxiety, I also support people from culturally diverse backgrounds, people living with chronic illness, gifted individuals, creative professionals, and people experiencing OCD, tics, and related difficulties. While these experiences can bring unique challenges, they often share common themes of anxiety, self-pressure, uncertainty, and feeling misunderstood.

If this sounds familiar

If any of this sounds familiar, therapy can provide a space to better understand what is going on, develop a different relationship with anxiety, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

My aim is not simply to help you feel better. It is to help you build a life that feels meaningful, connected, and aligned with the person you want to be, even when difficult thoughts and feelings show up along the way.
